Ryan P. Driscoll is partner in the litigation department of Berchem Moses PC. He regularly represents private businesses, municipalities and insurance companies in general litigation matters with a focus on defense of civil rights claims, business disputes, Dram Shop actions, premises liability actions and workers' compensation matters. He has successfully handled such matters in federal and state court and before the Workers' Compensation Commission, Compensation Review Board and Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities.

Prior to joining Berchem Moses PC, he served as an Assistant Prosecutor in the Gun Strategy Unit of the Essex County Prosecutor's Office in Newark, New Jersey, where he tried over a dozen felony jury trials including armed robbery, narcotics distribution and aggravated assault. As a result, Ryan has a wealth of trial experience, which allows him to aggressively represent his clients. In fact, he was selected to train cadets in the Bridgeport Police Academy on the "ins and outs" of testifying in court.

Ryan is very active in the community; he is the Treasurer of the Monroe Conservation Commission and serves as a Leader on Loan with the United Way, raising money for various area charities.  Ryan is also a Little League coach in the town of Monroe.
