Litigation Paralegal: We are currently seeking a Litigation Paralegal with at least 3 years of hands-on litigation experience for our Milford office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review and manage legal documents such as pleadings, discovery, motions & correspondence
- Assist with case preparation, hearings and the discovery process
- Maintain case file, calendars and deadlines
- Perform legal research and summarize findings
- Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
Applicants must be detail-oriented, have strong communication skills, and proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office.
