LITIGATION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY– admitted to the state and federal courts with 3 to 5 years of general litigation experience. Insurance defense, civil rights defense, municipal and commercial litigation preferred. This position requires excellent presentation, writing, research, organization and interpersonal skills. Applicants must be highly professional and self- motivated with a desire to cultivate their individual practice while working as part of a team. A strong academic background and outstanding references are important considerations in selecting successful candidates.

LAND USE ATTORNEY wanted in our large municipal practice based in our Westport office. A minimum of 8 years of land use law experience required. Candidates should be licensed in CT. The ideal candidate should be skilled in handling public meetings, researching and writing briefs, and advising land use boards and officials.

Summer Associate Opportunity:

We are currently seeking 2L students for a summer associate internship program. The program consists of a rotating schedule over an eight-week period. The associate will experience the different practice areas that the firm currently offers (i.e. litigation, education, labor/employment, etc.)
