Jason D. Kaplan is a member of the firm’s municipal law group, based in the Westport office. He is admitted to practice in Connecticut state courts.
Jason has a J.D. from New York University and an A.B. in philosophy from Princeton University. He also has a Masters in biomedical science from Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. During law school, Jason served as an Articles Editor for the Annual Survey of American Law.
Before joining Berchem Moses PC, Jason worked as a Special Deputy Assistant State Attorney for the State of Connecticut.
