Congratulations to Attorney John Y. Khalil on being named as President of the Connecticut School Attorneys Council for 2021. The Connecticut School Attorneys Council is a member group of education attorneys representing public school districts across the state. The Council works in collaboration with the Connecticut Association of Boards of Education (CABE) and the National School Boards Association (NSBA) Council of School Attorneys (COSA).
