Biography

Ryan P. Driscoll is Partner in the litigation department of Berchem Moses PC. He regularly represents private businesses, municipalities and insurance companies in general litigation matters with a focus on defense of civil rights claims, business disputes, Dram Shop actions, premises liability actions and workers’ compensation matters. He has successfully handled such matters in Federal and State courts and before the Workers’ Compensation Commission, Compensation Review Board, and Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities.

In 2019, Attorney Ryan Driscoll won an important decision for the Trumbull Board of Education in the United States District Court.  He also successfully defended the Town of Wilton, the Board of Selectmen (BOS), and five BOS members in a high-profile lawsuit against the Town of Wilton.

Prior to joining Berchem Moses PC, Ryan Driscoll served as an Assistant Prosecutor in the Gun Strategy Unit of the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office in Newark, New Jersey, where he tried over a dozen felony jury trials including armed robbery, narcotics distribution and aggravated assault. As a result, Ryan has a wealth of trial experience, which allows him to aggressively represent his clients. In fact, he was selected to train cadets in the Bridgeport Police Academy on the “ins and outs” of testifying in court.

Ryan Driscoll is very active in the community; he is the Treasurer of the Monroe Conservation Commission, and President of Monroe Little League and Travel Baseball.
