For the fifth year in a row, Berchem Moses PC sponsored the Westport-Weston Chamber of Commerce’s “Best Salad” contest. This is the fifth contest in the Chamber’s series of fun and promotional food events. Participants vote in eight different categories with 22 participating restaurants, delis and markets.

Mr. Bloom noted that Berchem Moses PC was pleased to sponsor this event once again, and in a not-so-subtle reference to world events, noted that “this year’s salad contest has one special rule: No salad can be served with Russian dressing.”
