Attorney Robert Berchem Serves As Moderator At The Connecticut Public-Private-Partnerships Forum

Attorney Robert Berchem serves as moderator at the Connecticut Public-Private-Partnerships Forum

Berchem Moses attorneys Bob Berchem and Matt Glennon attended the Connecticut Public-Private-Partnerships Forum on April 5, 2018 in Hartford, Connecticut. A public private partnership, or P3, is a relationship between a private entity and a state agency to design, develop, finance, construct, operate, and/or maintain a state-owned facility. The forum, hosted by Project Service LLC, brought together leaders in the field to discuss P3s and the role they can play in Connecticut’s future.

Attorney Berchem, Principal and President of the firm, served as the moderator for a panel discussing how administration infrastructure plans impact states and localities. He joined many other P3 experts at the event, including former Pennsylvania Governor Ed Rendell, Pierce Homer, former Virginia Secretary of Transportation, and Frank Rapoport, Chief Strategy Advisor for the Association for Improvement of American Infrastructure.

Attorneys Berchem and Glennon advise a firm client on one of the state’s few P3 projects. If you are interested in utilizing Berchem Moses’ expertise in this quickly developing area of the law, please contact our team.
