CHRO Further Extends Deadline for Sexual Harassment Prevention Training

The CHRO has further extended the deadline for Sexual Harassment Prevention Training until February 9, 2021. This provides employers with an additional five weeks to fulfill their training requirements after the CHRO previously extended the original October 1, 2020 deadline to January 1, 2021. Like the previous deadline extension, this is a blanket extension applicable to all employers and does not require a specific request to the CHRO.
