On March 11, 2023, Attorney Ira Bloom spoke to nearly 800 people at the Connecticut Bar Association Planning and Zoning Section seminar on Land Use for Municipal Officials. Mr. Bloom’s topic was the Affordable Housing Law, Section 8-30g, from the Municipal Perspective. He has been a speaker at this seminar for 20 years and has represented numerous municipalities on affordable housing applications.
