The firm endeavors to affirmatively seek out and hire qualified members of minority groups, and one of its members is a former member of the board of directors of the Connecticut Lawyer’s Group, an organization started by a group of Connecticut law firms that have subscribed to a unique program and statement regarding the hiring and retention of minority lawyers.
