Land Use Attorney Mario Coppola hired by Greenwich residents to oppose controversial real estate development project

The Greenwich Planning and Zoning Commission recently heard a pre-application for an 86-unit affordable housing development to be built on a heavily trafficked segment of Route 1, just a block from Greenwich High School. Attorney Mario Coppola represents 82 residents opposed to the project. The neighbors believe that the development would negatively impact the health, safety and general welfare of the community.
