The Labor and Employment Law Section of the Connecticut Bar Association is comprised of practitioners who represent individuals, unions, employers and agencies, or serve as neutrals. The functions of the Section include studying and analyzing legal principles having particular significance to labor or employment law; providing leadership in matters of public importance affecting labor or employment law; educating through the publication of works of legal scholarship and presentation of the highest quality educational programs; promoting diversity within the labor and employment Bar, and fostering collegial relations among the diverse practitioners within the section and between the section and other professions and disciplines.
